E-MAC Tanzania, in collaboration with Simanjiro District Council, through the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries under the support of International Climate Initiative IKI/GIZ have developed a tailor-made manual focusing on climate-smart Agriculture practices. The adverse effects of climate change pose a significant challenge to agricultural sustainability; therefore, it is very crucial to equip local farmers with the knowledge and tools necessary to adapt and thrive in a changing climate. The manual shall be used as a guiding tool for climate smart agriculture for farmers and pastoralists within and beyond the project’s lifetime leading to sustainability of the practices.
