Easter Kawishe
Easter has been active in coordinating nutrition activities at district level. Her invaluable services benefits pregnant mothers and under five children who are highly affected by malnutrition. Prior to that, she was involved in livelihoods projects for over 5 years where she gained experience on project life cycle, monitoring and evaluation. Currently with E-MAC Tanzania, she is responsible on awareness creation on issues related to nutrition. Her clients include old persons and pregnant mothers. She also fosters linkages to other organization who are interested in nutrition promotion among vulnerable groups.
Hosea Nazar Mwaisaka
Mwaisaka has an extensive background in project planning and management, group’s formation, procurement and contract management. He has over 12 years of experience with diverse stakeholders in agriculture and development related issues. He has outstanding expertise on food security and income. Mwaisaka trained USAID facilitator under feed the Future project. He has brilliant at Value Chain Methodology, value Chain principles and practices for Systemic Change. His other skills include Leadership, marketing, Record keeping and Operations. He holds a Bachelor in Business administration (Marketing).
Joyce Kyando
With 6 years of experience, Joyce manages various projects with a focus to increase income in the community involved. Kyando developed skills on monitoring and evaluation of saving and lending groups. She also advises the best way to sustain saving and lending program and how to integrate saving groups with other intervention activities like agriculture, water, sanitation and health. She is a pioneer on Private Service Providers (PSP) model for sustainability of saving groups. At E-MAC, Joyce works as projects manager.
Ngitoria Lengaram
Ngitoria specialises in livelihood and economic development with specific focus on saving and credit groups and food security. Have over 6 years experience in mobilising, forming and training saving groups. He also owns unique facilitation skills and grass root level approaches. He has been involved in training and monitoring of various projects country wide. He is an active participant in developing micro enterprise, microfinance curricular as part of the team which is currently adopted in many countries across Africa, popularly known as saving and internal lending communities (SILC). With his priceless expertise and experience, Ngitoria works as programs coordinator at E-MAC.
Yustino Gaudiano Nyendeza
Yustino is a Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with a specialist interest in Corporate Reporting and Financial Accounting. Soon after getting his Bachelor in Accountancy and Finance from Mzumbe University, he joined global auditing company, commonly known as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as an Associate Auditor. As an established expert in his field, he has registered his Accountancy Consulting Firm called Step-Ahead Financial Consultant (SAFCo) and is currently operating. As a full-service accounting firm, it offers individuals and small business clients a complete range of accounting services.Yustino provides all Professional Accounting services to E-MAC in ensuring that all financial procedures and controls are followed and implemented.
