E-MAC Tanzania, with the support of IKI/GIZ, conducted a three-day staff capacity-building workshop in Morogoro aimed at enhancing skills in proposal writing, developing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans, and resource mobilization. The primary goal of the training was to equip staff with the knowledge and expertise necessary to craft compelling proposals that align with donor requirements.
Participants learned how to effectively use donor language, structure proposals, and develop comprehensive M&E plans.
The training also covered resource mobilization strategies, providing the team with insights into diversifying funding sources and building sustainable financial models. This aspect of the training was invaluable, as it equipped the team with the skills to identify and engage potential donors, partners, and stakeholders more effectively.
The hands-on sessions and expert guidance significantly boosted the team’s capability to secure funding. This training represents a critical step in strengthening staff capacity to secure funding and achieve organizational goals.
