| With 6 years of experience, Joyce manages various projects with a focus to increase income in the community involved. Kyando developed skills on monitoring and evaluation of saving and lending groups. She also advises the best way to sustain saving and lending program and how to integrate saving groups with other intervention activities like agriculture, water, sanitation and health.
