Under VOICE support, E-MAC in collaboration with LGAs has conducted a training to community and religious leaders on FGM and its effects which was held at Nafgem hall in Simanjiro district, the theme of the training was to orient leaders on effect of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), capacitating them to ensure that they are able to speak out against FGC and Sharing with each other strategies to be used to ensure that FGC is no longer practiced in Simanjiro.
